1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from 64 North v/ Lassenymand.com, including:

• Photography and videography services

• Outdoor and rappelling experiences

• Purchase of digital image downloads

• Purchase of physical prints

• Digital product downloads (incl. Local Events Greenland app–related content)

By purchasing, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept online payments via:

Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.

Payment is charged once the order is confirmed.

64 North uses a secure payment server (Pensopay) that encrypts all data with SSL to ensure that payment information cannot be accessed by third parties.

3. Delivery

3.1 Digital products (image downloads, digital content, app-related items)

Delivered immediately after payment via download link or email.

Once the download link is provided, delivery is considered completed.

3.2 Physical products (prints)

Delivery time will be stated at the time of purchase.

Delays caused by suppliers, transport companies or force majeure are not the responsibility of 64 North.

3.3 Service-based deliveries (photo, video, rappelling)

Considered delivered once the agreed service has been completed.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Digital products

There is no right of withdrawal on digital products (image downloads, etc.) once delivery has begun.

By purchasing, the customer accepts that the right of withdrawal is waived upon instant access.

4.2 Physical products (prints)

Private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s own expense and items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

There is no return or refund on:

• Custom-made prints

• Special order items

• Sale/discount items

4.3 Services

Photography, videography and rappelling services cannot be withdrawn once the service has been provided.

5. Cancellation of Experiences / Photo & Video Services

5.1 Cancellation by the customer

Cancellations must be made in writing.

The following terms apply:

• More than 14 days before: free cancellation

• 7–14 days before: 50% of the fee

• Less than 7 days before: 100% of the fee

5.2 Cancellation by 64 North

If cancellation is due to weather, safety concerns, illness or force majeure,

→ a new date will be offered or a full refund provided.

6. Complaints

Physical products include a 24-month warranty under Danish consumer law.

The warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse

• Errors occurring after digital files have been downloaded

7. Outdoor & Rappelling Activities — Liability and Safety

7.1 Participation at own risk

All outdoor and rappelling activities with 64 North are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

By booking, the customer accepts that:

• Activities may involve risk

• The participant is in proper physical and mental condition

• All instructions from the instructor must be followed

7.2 Safety equipment

64 North provides approved safety equipment.

Participants are responsible for using the equipment correctly according to instructions.

7.3 Liability disclaimer

64 North cannot be held liable for:

• Personal injury due to accidents

• Loss of personal belongings

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

• Health conditions that affect participation

• Weather conditions, terrain or unforeseen outdoor hazards

• Force majeure situations

The liability disclaimer also applies to employees, partners and instructors.

8. Photography and Videography Services

The customer is responsible for:

• Obtaining permissions for locations

• Any fees, access restrictions or special requirements

• Ensuring all participants consent to being photographed or filmed

64 North reserves the right to decline assignments if conditions are unsafe or illegal.

9. Rights & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The customer receives a license for private or agreed commercial use

• 64 North retains full copyright

• 64 North may use selected images for portfolio, website and social media

(unless the customer requests otherwise in writing)

10. Force Majeure

64 North is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

• War, unrest, natural disasters

• Epidemics/pandemics

• Power outages, fire, supplier failure

• Severe weather preventing safe outdoor activities

• Transportation or supply issues

• Any event outside the company’s control

In such cases, 64 North may:

• Postpone delivery

• Offer an alternative solution

• Cancel the order without liability

To complete a purchase we require:

• Name

• Address

• Phone number

• Email address

Data is stored for up to 5 years according to accounting regulations and is not shared with third parties.
